Weather Rescheduling
Flights may reschedule if winds exceed 15 km/h.
We notify you 24 hours in advance with new dates.
Full refunds available if rescheduling isn’t possible.
Age and Height Rules
Minimum age is 5 years, maximum weight 120 kg.
Children under 12 require adult supervision.
Height restrictions apply for safety harness fit.
Payment & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed after secure payment via cards or digital wallets.
You’ll receive an email itinerary with check-in time and meeting point.
Bring a valid photo ID that matches the booking name.
Changes & Refunds
Free date change up to 72 hours before check-in time.
Within 24–72 hours, a small rebooking fee may apply; under 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed.
If we cancel for conditions, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
Health & Accessibility
Not recommended during pregnancy or after recent surgery / severe back or neck issues.
Guests must be able to stand for ~60 minutes and step in/out of the basket with assistance.
Please inform us of mobility needs in advance so we can advise suitable options.
What to Wear & Bring
Closed shoes, light layers, a hat or cap; avoid loose scarves and high heels.
Small daypack only; no large luggage at the field.
No smoking near equipment or during inflation/deflation.

Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time; safety briefing starts promptly.
The meeting point address is included in your confirmation email (with map reference).
Late arrivals (>10 minutes) may miss the slot; we’ll try to accommodate on the next available window.

Arrive at the field and check in with our crew. Look for the Balloon Weight Company banner at the meeting point.
After a brief welcome, your pilot shares the morning weather read, outlines the route window, and covers a short safety briefing.

- Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the booking name.
- Wear closed shoes and light layers; sunrise air is cool.

06:00 — Takeoff
Board the basket with crew assistance—one step at a time, steady hand on the rim. The pilot performs final checks and confirms everyone’s ready.
You’ll rise gently with the first light. The pilot rotates for shared views and explains landmarks below as the chase team follows from the ground.
- Typical flight time: 45–60 minutes, guided by calm winds.
- Keep cameras secure; no leaning outside the basket.
- Listen for the pilot’s cues during climbs and descents.

07:30 — Pack-Down
Land at a suitable field selected by the pilot. Follow the landing posture instructions—soft knees, hold the internal handles on cue.
After landing, the crew arrives to gather the envelope and secure the basket. Guests are welcome to watch or lend a light hand.

- Return transport to the original meeting point is included.
- Typical finish back at base: ~08:00–08:30.
