- Go if wind < 15 km/h — We proceed with flights only when wind speeds are below 15 km/h to ensure a stable and pleasant experience, allowing for smooth takeoffs and landings.
- No-go in rain or thunderstorms — Flights are canceled during rain or thunderstorms to protect passengers and crew, as these conditions can pose significant safety risks to the balloon and its operation.
- Decision made 2 hours prior — Our team assesses the latest weather data and makes a final decision two hours before the scheduled flight time, giving you ample notice to adjust plans if needed.
