  • Go if wind < 15 km/h — We proceed with flights only when wind speeds are below 15 km/h to ensure a stable and pleasant experience, allowing for smooth takeoffs and landings.
  • No-go in rain or thunderstorms — Flights are canceled during rain or thunderstorms to protect passengers and crew, as these conditions can pose significant safety risks to the balloon and its operation.
  • Decision made 2 hours prior — Our team assesses the latest weather data and makes a final decision two hours before the scheduled flight time, giving you ample notice to adjust plans if needed.

If conditions change on the day, we’ll offer the next safe sunrise window or a later season you prefer. If none of the alternatives work, you can request a full refund under our fair-weather policy. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and transferable once; all changes are confirmed by email with no hidden charges.
